3 tablespoons evaporated milk or yogurt

Pepper
Lemon juice
Brandy
Sugar
Parsley

11 oz. canned lobster meat
1 tablespoon brandy
1 tablespoon dry sherry
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped gherkins
Directions
Separate lobster meat into equal chunks; cut asparagus and mushrooms as desired.
Blend remaining ingredients.
Arrange lobster meat in cocktail glasses or bowls.
Cover with sauce and chill about 1 hour.
