Lobster Chowder Recipe
This Lobster Chowder is one of the best lobster dishes that I've tasted. Though I usually start my meal with this very delicious seafood and vegetable soup, I also eat it as an accompaniment with my rice dishes. Try this Lobster Chowder and let me know if you like it !
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 2 Medium, diced | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Celery stalks | 2 , chopped | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tbsp. Fleischmann's Margarine | ||
| 2 cups lobster meat, cut up into bits | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup light cream additional margarine, the size of an egg | ||
Directions
Cook onion, potatoes and celery in the water until nearly tender.
Melt the 2 tbsp. of Fleischmann's Margarine in a frypan and add the lobster meat, cooking until red.
Add the lobster to the potato mixture.
Season with salt and pepper, adding more if necessary.
Add the milk, cream and extra bit of Fleischmann's Margarine.
Simmer just below boiling point.
