Lobster- 1no
Beef Broth- 6 cups
Soy Sauce- 1 tablespoon
Watercress- 1 cup
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Split the lobster shell and remove the meat of the body and claws.
2) Slice the meat.

3) In a saucepan, heat broth and soy sauce and bring to boil.
4) Add the lobster and simmer for 10 minutes more.
5) Stir in the watercress and cook for 2 minutes.
