Lobster and Rigatoni Recipe

|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

|Cooked lobster meat||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

Saute mushrooms in butter 5 minutes.
Add parsley, mustard, salt and pepper.
Break lobster into small pieces; add with sour cream to sauce.
Mix lightly and heat thoroughly.
Place rigatoni in 4 to 6 buttered individual casseroles and pour sauce over each.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from source of heat until cheese is melted and brown.
