Directions

MAKING
1) With a knife cut lobster meat into 1/2-inch pieces.
2) Rub salt on it.
3) Skin and section oranges.
4) Mix together orange sections and lobster meat.
5) Chill.
6) Place lettuce in 6 cocktail glasses.
7) Add lobster mixture on top and cover with Cocktail Sauce.

SERVING
8) Serve garnished with nutmeg.
