Ingredients

 1 can condensed cream of shrimp soup
 Evaporated milk3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg yolks2 , beaten
 Lobster1 5 Ounce, frozen
 Sliced mushrooms1 4 Ounce, drained
 2 Tbsp Sherry wine
 Cooked rice, or chow mein noodles, or pastry shells

Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, place all the ingredients except the cooked rice, chow mein noodles or pastry shells, mix well.
2) Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.

SERVING
3) Spoon over cooked rice or noodles or in pastry shells and serve immediately on individual serving plates.
