| Besan flour | 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Green chillies | 4 , ground to paste | |
| Garlic paste | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry red chillies | 2 , ground | |
| Fresh lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Warm groundnut oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black peppercorns | 1 Teaspoon, coarse grind not powder | |
| Coriander | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Oil | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying) |

Directions
Grind the soaked beans enough to form a nice texture but not a smooth paste.
Add all the ingredients and mix well.
Form small balls of the mixture
Deep fry till golden brown
