Ingredients

 
1/4 cup unsalted margarine or butter, melted
 
1 to 2 teaspoons garlic powder
 
1 large loaf French bread
 
3 ounces Lower
 
Salt Ham, thinly sliced
 
2 ounces Lower Salt Monterey Jack Cheese, thinly sliced
 
6 cherry tomato slices
 
6 slices Lower Salt Bacon, cut in half and cooked crisp
 
12 (1/4-inch) zucchini slices

Directions

Combine margarine and garlic powder in small bowl; set aside.
Make 6 diagonal cuts at equal distances along loaf of bread, cutting 3/4 of the way through loaf.
Spread margarine mixture on cut sides of bread.
Evenly distribute ham and cheese among cuts.
Place 1 tomato slice, 2 bacon pieces and 2 zucchini slices in each cut.
If desired, wrap entire loaf with foil and bake in 375°F.oven about 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Cut into 6 servings.
