Loaf Sandwiches With Bacon & Ham Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup unsalted margarine or butter, melted | ||
| Garlic powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| French bread loaf | 1 Large | |
| 3 ounces Lower | ||
| Salt Ham, thinly sliced | ||
| 2 ounces Lower Salt Monterey Jack Cheese, thinly sliced | ||
| Cherry | 6 | |
| 6 slices Lower Salt Bacon, cut in half and cooked crisp | ||
| Zucchini | 12 | |
Directions
Combine margarine and garlic powder in small bowl; set aside.
Make 6 diagonal cuts at equal distances along loaf of bread, cutting 3/4 of the way through loaf.
Spread margarine mixture on cut sides of bread.
Evenly distribute ham and cheese among cuts.
Place 1 tomato slice, 2 bacon pieces and 2 zucchini slices in each cut.
If desired, wrap entire loaf with foil and bake in 375°F.oven about 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Cut into 6 servings.
