Directions

Cream together the butter or margarine and brown 1 1/2 sugar in the Bosch bowl.
Add eggs and vanilla, and blend.
Combine the dry ingredients, and add to the creamed mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Using a 1/3cup measure, shape portions of cookie dough onto a greased baking sheet, 2 1/2 inches from the edge and 6 inches apart.
With a fork that has been dipped in water, press each cookie to a 1/2inch thickness.
Bake in a 350° F.
Oven for 11 minutes.
Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before removing.
NOTE: To store cookies, line a baking sheet with paper toweling.
Individually wrap each cookie in plastic wrap, and place on the baking sheet.
Bake in a 325° F.
Oven for a few seconds until plastic shrinks.
