Llme Butter Basted Fish Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
2 medium-sized limes
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
3/4 teaspoon savory
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 swordfish or halibut steaks, each about 3/4 inch thick
Directions
1. Prepare outdoor grill for barbecuing.
2. Meanwhile, from 1 lime, grate 1 teaspoon peel and squeeze 1 tablespoon juice. Slice remaining lime; wrap with plastic wrap and reserve for garnish. Into small metal-handled saucepan, measure lime peel, lime juice, butter or margarine, savory, salt, sugar, and paprika.
