Chop up a head of broccoli
 
Chop finely med red onion
 
sea salt (to taste)
 
pinch dried or fresh basil
 
pinch dried or fresh thyme
 
dash turmeric
 
1/4 tsp of cumin (to taste)
 
1/4 cup sesame oil
 
1/4 olive oil
 
1/4 cup lemon juice
 
tbsp minced ginger
 
tbsp minced garlic
 
soy sauce optional
 
1/2 cucumber (chopped roughly garnish)
 
3 or 4 slices sun dried tomatoes (chopped roughly, garnish)

Directions

massage sea salt into broccoli
mix oils w/ lemon juice
pour half on broccoli--- you can stop here if you want, it is so yummy!

stir in red onion
mix in seasonings with oil mixture
Mix oil mixture to taste with broccoli and onions
Garnish (that's it)
