Liverwurst And Onion Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 pound bacon, cooked crisp and drained | ||
| 1 large onion, sliced in rings | ||
| Liverwurst slice | 12 | |
| English muffins | 4 , buttered | |
Directions
Saute onion rings in bacon drippings; drain.
Place 3 liver wurst slices on each of 4 muffin halves.
Top with onion rings, bacon slices and tops of muffins.
Makes 4 servings.
