4 tbsp. butter
 
1 whole lemon
 
Dash of oregano
 
Dash of parsley flakes
 
Dash of thyme
 
Dash of dried mint
 
Salt

1 lb. of beef or pork liver

Directions

In a frying pan, melt butter; squeeze in lemon.
Add oregano, parsley, thyme and mint; salt and pepper to taste.
Cook over medium heat until brown, turning frequently; turn heat to simmer and continue cooking, usually 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
After the meat is browned, it may be covered for a while to let it steam for extra tenderness.
