Liver Meat Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb pork liver 500 g | ||
| Ground beef | 2 Pound | |
| Sausage meat | 1 Pound | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| 1/2 cup chili sauce or ketchup 125 mL | ||
Directions
Simmer liver in a small amount of boiling water for 2 minutes, then put through food chopper.
Combine minced liver and water in which it was cooked with the remaining ingredients.
Shape into 2 loaves and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350F(180C).
