Liver with Bacon and Onions Recipe
Ingredients
| Liver | 2 Pound | |
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Grilled onions | ||
| Bacon- 4 to 6 slices | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Combine the first 4 ingredeints and refrigerate for 3 hours
2. In a skillet, saute the onions for 15 minutes, till browned
4. In a grill, place the bacon and also top it with each slice of liver
SERVING
5. Serve with salads or a sauce of your choice
