Ingredients

 Beef or steer liver - 1 pound
 Medium onion - 1
 Medium green pepper - 1/2
 Small clove of garlic - 1, finely chopped
 Sea salt1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
 Wheat germ1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg1
 Corn Oil - for frying

Directions

MAKING
1.Combine liver with pepper, clove, salt, wheat germ and egg to make a smooth batter.
2.Heat corn oil in a pan and drop the mixture by teasppon.
3.Heat well until brown from both sides.

SERVING
4.Serve warm with dips.
