Liver Mexican Style Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pounds calf or beef liver | ||
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 chili peppers, cut into strips | ||
| 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons vegetable oil | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 8 toasted tortillas (6 inches each) | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Cut liver into strips; season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Brown in nonstick skillet over moderately high heat for 6 minutes or until done to taste.
Transfer to serving bowl and toss immediately with chili peppers, oil, lemon juice, and parsley.
Divide evenly onto toasted tortillas.
