Liver Kabobs with Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef liver | 1/2 Pound | |
| Mushrooms | 12 Large | |
| 8 cherry tomatoes or 4 medium tomatoes, quartered | ||
| Onions | 4 , quartered | |
| 2 green peppers, each seeded and cut in 8 chunks | ||
| Vegetable oil | ||
| Hot cooked rice | ||
Directions
Thread liver slices and assortment of vegetables onto four 14-inch (36 cm) skewers.
Brush with oil and broil about 4 inches (10 cm) from heat, turning frequently and brushing occasionally with oil, for about 5 minutes or until liver is cooked as desired.
Serve on bed of hot rice.
