Liver Country Style Recipe
Ingredients
| Lamb's liver - 8 ounce, sliced | ||
| Corn oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion sauce package | 1 | |
| Milk | 1/2 Pint | |
| Mushrooms | 2 Ounce, sliced | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a pan add oil fry liver, then drain and place in ovenproof casserole.
2. Prepare the sauce as per packet directions using 1/2 pint milk and pour over liver.
3. With cover bake the liver at 350°F, Gas Mark 4 for about 25 minutes.
4. Fifteen minutes before the end of cooking add mushrooms and let it cook until tender.
SERVING
5. Serve hot with desired garnish.
