Ingredients

 12 oz. calves' or lambs
 Liver
 Butter/Margarine1 1/2 Ounce
 Flour1 Ounce
 Chopped onion1 Small, grated
 Packet frozen mixed
 Vegetables just under
 1/2 pint stock or water
 Seasoning

Directions

Cut liver into fingers and coat with seasoned flour.
Fry in hot butter with the onion for 2 minutes on either side.
Add liquid and seasoning.
Bring to boil and cook until thickened.
Add frozen vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes.
