Liver Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
| 12 oz. calves' or lambs | ||
| Liver | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1 1/2 Ounce | |
| Flour | 1 Ounce | |
| Chopped onion | 1 Small, grated | |
| Packet frozen mixed | ||
| Vegetables just under | ||
| 1/2 pint stock or water | ||
| Seasoning | ||
Directions
Cut liver into fingers and coat with seasoned flour.
Fry in hot butter with the onion for 2 minutes on either side.
Add liquid and seasoning.
Bring to boil and cook until thickened.
Add frozen vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes.
