 Calves/Lambs12 Ounce
 Liver1
 Butter/Margarine1 1⁄2 Ounce
 Flour1 Ounce
 Onion1 Small, chopped or grated
 Frozen mixed vegetables10 Ounce (1 Packet)
 Stock/Water1⁄2 Pint
 Seasoning1 Tablespoon

Directions

Cut liver into fingers and coat with seasoned flour.
Fry in hot butter with the onion for 2 minutes on either side.
Add liquid and seasoning.
Bring to boil and cook until thickened.
Add frozen vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes.
