Liver and Noodles Italian Style Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef liver | 1 pound | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 cups cooked wide noodles | ||
| Tomato puree | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Mozzarella cheese slice | 4 | |
| Bacon Slices | 8 | |
| Salt, pepper, and dried basil | ||

Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat moderate oven (350°F.)
MAKING
2) In a skillet heat butter and sauté liver till done.
3) Make into 1-inch cubes.
4) In shallow 1-quart baking dish add noodles.
5) Mix in liver and tomato puree.
6) Add salt, pepper, and basil to taste.
7) Cover with cheese slices.
8) Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.
9) Before serving, cook bacon until crisp.
SERVING
10) Put on top of dish.
