Liver And Bacon Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 lb. calf's liver | ||
| 1/4 lb. rashers of streaky bacon | ||
| Sage leaves | 4 | |

Directions
Cut the liver into thumb sized pieces.
Flatten out the rashers of bacon and cut into halves.
Roll half a rasher of bacon round the liver with a sage leaf in between.
Secure with a cocktail stick or thread on to skewers.
