1/2 lb. beef liver
1/2 small onion
1 egg 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 cup crushed Wheaties
4 slices bacon
Directions
Pour boiling water over liver in pan; simmer gently 5 min.
Remove liver and cool slightly.
Grind liver and onion together.
Mix with remaining ingredients except bacon.
Shape into 4 patties; wrap each with a slice of bacon.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from broiling unit until bacon is crisp and brown, 3 to 5 min. on each side.
