| Unflavored gelatin | 1 Teaspoon | |

| Boiling water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon peel | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Dry mustard | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
MAKING
1 In a bowl, soften gelatin in cold water.
2 Add in the boiling water.
3 Stir well until dissolved.
4 Add in the sugar and salt.
5 Stir to dissolve.
6 In a container with a tight fitting lid, combine gelatin mixture with the remaining ingredients.
7 Shake well to combine.
8 The dressing is ready at this stage to be used
9 It may be covered and stored in refrigerator until needed.
SERVING
10 If refrigerated, place the container in a pan of hot water for 5 minutes before serving.
11 Serve cool, over crisp salad greens.
