Little Snack Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 cup crushed cornflake
1 tspn curry powder
2 tblspns milk
1/2 -cup finely grated
cheese
4 cups flour
2 tspns. Bi-carb.
1 tspn, cream tartar
1/2 tspn, cinnamon
4 tblspns custard
powder
4 cups flour
3/4-cup golden syrup
1/4-cup milk
1 tspn. Bi-carb.
1 tblspn coffee essence
1 tspn celery salt
pinch cayenne
1 tspn paprika
Directions
Foam butter and grated cheese.
Add milk and mix well.
Sift flour, baking powder, curry powder, celery salt and cayenne pepper.
Stir into first mixture and knead mixture well on a floured board.
Roll thinly and cut with small floured cutters.
Brush surface with a little milk and sprinkle each with cornflake crumbs and paprika mixed together.
Bake in a moderate oven for 12-15 minutes until crisp and brown.
