Little Snack Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients
| Crushed cornflake | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Grated cheese | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (grated finely) | |
| Flour | 4 Cup (64 tbs) | |
| Soda bicarbonate | 2 | |
| Cream of tartar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Custard powder | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Golden syrup | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Soda bicarbonate | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Coffee essence | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Celery salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne | 1 Pinch | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
Foam butter and grated cheese.
Add milk and mix well.
Sift flour, baking powder, curry powder, celery salt and cayenne pepper.
Stir into first mixture and knead mixture well on a floured board.
Roll thinly and cut with small floured cutters.
Brush surface with a little milk and sprinkle each with cornflake crumbs and paprika mixed together.
Bake in a moderate oven for 12-15 minutes until crisp and brown.
