Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to desired temperature.

MAKING
2. Roll out the dough into two individual pizzas working with both the hands to stretch it and enlarge it.
3. Smother the marinara sauce on both of them.
4. Place fresh mozzarella, garlic powder and fresh basil on both.
5. Add the mushrooms on one of them.
6. Place them under the broiler until the crust becomes crisp and the cheese melts.

SERVING
7. Serve hot.
