1/2 pound liver, cooked and ground
 
1/4 pound bacon, broiled and crumbled
 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
 
3 tablespoons oil

1 tablespoon parsley, minced

1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs

Directions

Combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly.
If mixture is too loose, bind with milk powder.
Form into small balls.
