Ingredients

 Mangoes2
 Kiwi fruit2
 1 punnet (250g) raspberries (or any other berries)
 Grand marnier1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 passionfruit
 MANGO CREAM
 Mango1
 Cream3/4 Cup (16 tbs), thickened

Directions

Peel mangoes, cut pulp from stone, then cut pulp into thick strips.
Peel kiwi fruit, cut into thick slices.
Place raspberries, mango and kiwi fruit in 6 individual serving dishes.
Sprinkle Grand Marnier over fruit, refrigerate until ready to serve.
Top fruit with Mango Cream and passionfruit.
Mango Cream: Puree, process or blend mango pulp until smooth.
Beat cream until firm peaks form, fold in mango puree.
