Liqueur Fruits With Mango Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Mangoes | 2 | |
| Kiwi fruit | 2 | |
| 1 punnet (250g) raspberries (or any other berries) | ||
| Grand marnier | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 passionfruit | ||
| MANGO CREAM | ||
| Mango | 1 | |
| Cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), thickened | |
Directions
Peel mangoes, cut pulp from stone, then cut pulp into thick strips.
Peel kiwi fruit, cut into thick slices.
Place raspberries, mango and kiwi fruit in 6 individual serving dishes.
Sprinkle Grand Marnier over fruit, refrigerate until ready to serve.
Top fruit with Mango Cream and passionfruit.
Mango Cream: Puree, process or blend mango pulp until smooth.
Beat cream until firm peaks form, fold in mango puree.
Peel kiwi fruit, cut into thick slices.
