Liqueur Flavored Wafers Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup green creme de menthe or coffee-flavored liqueur or dark creme de cacoa or Galliano | ||
| 1 package vanilla creamy-type frosting mix. | ||
Directions
Melt butter with liqueur over boiling water in top of double boiler.
Add frosting mix; mix well.
Cook and stir till smooth and glossy, about 5 minutes.
Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper, swirling tops of candies.
If candy hardens, add a few drops warmed milk.
Cool.
Makes 6 dozen pieces (about 1 pound).
