|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion soup mix||1 Ounce (1 Envelope, Lipton Recipe Secrets)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), heated to boiling|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
