| Cream cheese | 1/2 Pound | |

| Caraway seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
| Chives | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Capers | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl cream the butter.
2) Mix cream cheese, paprika, mustard and a seasoning of salt and pepper.
3) Beat till well-blended.
4) Add caraway seeds, chives, capers and parsley.
5) Mix thoroughly and fill into a 1/2-pint (3-dl) pot.
6) Cover and chill until serving time.
SERVING
7) Pass with cheeses and French bread or with crackers.
8) Alternately, serve as a spread on cocktail biscuits.
TIPS
Tthe flavour develops if allowed to stand a few hours.
