Linguini With Clam Sauce Recipe

 6 ounces canned, minced or whole baby clams
 1 cup bottled clam juice
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Parsley1 Teaspoon, minced
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 2/3 cup cooked enriched linguini

Directions

Combine clams in a saucepan with clam juice, garlic clove and parsley.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in oil, and pour over linguini.
