 2 medium-sized cloves garlic, sliced
 Olive oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomatoes1 Can (10oz), sieved
 Salt1 1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Oregano1 Teaspoon
 Parsley1/4 Teaspoon, chopped
 8 oz. linguine, cooked and drained

Directions

Brown garlic in hotiolive oil in a large deep skillet.
Add gradually, stirring constantly, a mixture of the tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley.
Cook rapidly uncovered about 15 minutes, or until sauce is thickened; stir occasionally.
If sauce becomes too thick, stir in 1/4 to 1/2 cup water.
