Linguine Alla Rustica Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Bacon slices | 3 , diced | |
| Green onions, chopped 2 | ||
| White wine | 4 Ounce | |
| Chili peppers Pinch | ||
| Walnuts | 4 Ounce, chopped | |
| Spinach, cooked and chopped 10 oz. | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Linguine, cooked and drained 1 lb. | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 4 Ounce, grated | |
Directions
Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook garlic and bacon until bacon is crisp.
Add green onion and cook 3 minutes more.
Stir in wine, chili peppers, nuts, spinach and butter.
Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour sauce over cooked pasta and top with grated cheese.
