 Olive oil2 Tablespoon
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), chopped
 Bacon slices3 , diced
 Green onions, chopped 2
 White wine4 Ounce
 Chili peppers Pinch
 Walnuts4 Ounce, chopped
 Spinach, cooked and chopped 10 oz.
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Linguine, cooked and drained 1 lb.
 Parmesan cheese4 Ounce, grated

Directions

Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook garlic and bacon until bacon is crisp.
Add green onion and cook 3 minutes more.
Stir in wine, chili peppers, nuts, spinach and butter.
Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour sauce over cooked pasta and top with grated cheese.
