1/4 cup olive oil
 
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
 
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 teaspoon oregano leaves
 
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 
1 can (10 ounces) baby clams (undrained)
 
8 ounces linguine, cooked

Directions

1. Put olive oil and garlic into a 1-quart glass measuring pitcher. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 3 minutes at High, or until garlic is lightly browned.
2. Add parsley, salt, oregano, pepper and clams with liquid to garlic and oil; stir. Heat in microwave oven to serving temperature (2 to 3 minutes at High).
