 1 Pasta Verde
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm), minced
 Olive oil60 Milliliter
 Thyme leaves15 Milliliter, chopped
 30 ml chopped cilantro leaves
 Basil leaves15 Milliliter, chopped

Directions

Process the pasta.
Cut into linguine.
Cook in a large kettle of boiling salted water.
Drain.
In a food processor or blender, puree the garlic, thyme and cilantro.
Add the oil, and blend another 10 seconds.
Toss the hot noodles in the pesto.
Serve.
