Linguine with Lychees, Chicken and Cashews Recipe
Ingredients
| Linguine | 1 pound | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken | 8 Ounce, cooked | |
| Lychees | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Whipping cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs), prepared | |
| Cashews | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green onions | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |

Directions
MAKING
1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook linguine 8 to 10 minutes until al dente.
2. To prepare the sauce, in a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and cook chicken and lychees until chicken starts to brown, about 4 minutes.
3. Stir in cream and tomato sauce and cook 5 minutes.
SERVING
4. Toss drained pasta with sauce, cashews and green onions and serve.
