Linguine With Lychees Chicken And Cashews Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb. linguine
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cubed cooked chicken (preferably smoked or roasted)
4 oz. canned lychees (drained and chopped)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup prepared tomato sauce
1/3 cup chopped cashew nuts
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese black pepper
Directions
Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Heat in large skillet.
Add and cook on a medium-high heat until chicken begins to brown, approx 3-5 minutes.
Add to above and cook for approx 5 minutes.
Add linguine and toss.
Garnish pasta with nuts and onions.
