Ingredients

 
8 oz (240 g) prawns, peeled and deveined
 
1/4 cup (60 ml) julienned carrots
 
1/4 cup (60 ml) julienned celery
 
1/4 cup (60 ml) green onions, diagonally sliced
 
3 cloves garlic, minced
 
1 tbs (15 ml) olive oil
 
1/4 cup (60 ml) water
 
2 tbs (15 ml) honey
 
2 tsp (10 ml) cornstarch
 
1/2 tsp (3 ml) salt pinch crushed dried red chiles pinch rosemary
 
2 1/2 cups (590 ml) warm, cooked linguine

Directions

In medium skillet, stir-fry prawns, carrot, celery, green onion and garlic in oil about 3 minutes or until shrimp start to turn pink.
Combine remaining ingredients, except: linguine, in a small bowl and mix well.
Add to vegetable mixture; stir-fry about 1 minutes or until sauce thickens.
