Ingredients

 Whole wheat3/4 Pound
 Olive oil3 Tablespoon
 Garlic2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Chicken breast12 Ounce
 White wine4 Tablespoon
 2 tbsp. chopped green onions or scallions
 Sun-dried tomatoes1 Ounce, Sun-dried
 Mushrooms8 Large
 Chicken stock2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Heat in large saucepan for 1 minute.
Coat in flour and add to hot oil.
Saute just until slightly undercooked.
Add and simmer approx 5 minutes.
Add pasta, toss, and serve.
