Linguine With Cheese And Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Linguine | 8 Ounce | |
| Plum tomatoes | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Goat cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| Asiago cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| Grated mozzarella cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rosemary, sage, and thyme | 1 Tablespoon, mixed | |
| Egg white | 1 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Combine in casserole dish.
Add 2/3 cup low-fat cheese and mix with above, saving other third for topping.
Add to the casserole dish above and mix.
Add pasta, combine, and top with remaining low-fat cheese.
Bake approx 15 minutes, just until hot.
