Linguine With Broccoli And Scallops Recipe
Ingredients

| Linguine | 1/2 pound | |
| Butter | 12 Tablespoon, divided | |
| Garlic | 2 Teaspoon, minced | |
| 1 pound bay scallops | ||
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Blanch broccoli in boiling salted water; drain; set aside.
Cook pasta 8 to 10 minutes and drain.
Toss with 4 tablespoons butter.
Heat remaining butter; add garlic; saute until soft.
Add scallops, salt, and pepper; cook until scallops are opaque.
Add broccoli, heat thoroughly.
Toss with cheese.
Serve.
