Linguine And Tomato Soup Recipe
Ingredients

| Tomato | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Stock | 5 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Linguine pasta | 250 Gram, broken | |
| black pepper | 1 | |
| Parmesan cheese | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chopped basil | 1 Teaspoon, garnish | |
Directions
Heat oil in a pan and cook bacon and garlic until golden brown.
Add tomato and stock, and bring to the boil.
Add linguine and cook for 15 minutes or until tender.
Season to taste, then stir in half the cheese and basil.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the soup.
