Linguine A La Greque Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen chopped spinach | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 8 ounces drained cooked chick-peas | ||
| Golden Raisins | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 6 ounces linguine, cooked and drained | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Red pepper flakes | 1/8 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon olive oil | ||
Directions
1. In medium saucepan, cook spinach, following package directions. Add chickpeas and raisins; cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
2. In large bowl, combine spinach mixture with pasta; sprinkle with salt and red pepper. Drizzle with oil; toss to combine.
