Lincoln Log Cabin Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Deviled ham | 1 4 1/2 Ounce | |
| Package cream cheese | 1 3 Ounce | |
| Olives | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 6-ounce can boned chicken | ||
| Mayonnaise | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Celery | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 16 slices bread, dark or light | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Spread a mixture of deviled ham with olives and cream cheese on 4 bread slices and cover with 4 other slices.
2. Spread a mixture of chicken with celery and mayonnaise on rest of the bread and cover with bread slices.
3. Cut the sandwiches into 4 strips each and using these strips shape the log cabin, alternating with dark and light bread. Use a folded bread or cardboard to make the roof. Place a small American Flag in the top.
SERVING
4. Arrange on individual plates, with chicory or parsley “grass” surrounding the cabin.
