Lincoln Cheese Log Recipe
All I can say about this Lincoln Cheese Log is YUM! This Lincoln Cheese Log is never going to fail as a Dessert. This is the best recipe of cheese I have ever made. You will fall head over heels in love with this easy and delectable Lincoln Cheese Log recipe as soon as you try it!
Ingredients
1/2 pound cream cheese
1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
2 teaspoons prepared horse-radish
Cream, if necessary
1/4 cup coarsely chopped dried beef
Directions
MAKING
1. Mix Swiss cheese, cream cheese and horseradish together. If the mixture is very stiff, add little cream to loosen the mixture.
2. Shape the mixture into a 1.5 inch diameter long roll.
3. Take waxed paper, spread dried beef and roll the cheese roll on it to coat evenly.
4. Allow to chill overnight so that flavors are properly blended.
SERVING
5. Make into slices, arrange atop crackers and serve.
