1/3 cup all-purpose flour
 
1/2 teaspoon pepper
 
16 turkey breast cutlets (2 pounds)
 
Vegetable cooking spray
 
3 tablespoons margarine
 
1/2 cup water
 
1/2 teaspoon chicken-flavored bouillon granules
 
3 tablespoons lime juice
 
1/4 teaspoon dried whole dillweed
 
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
 
Lime slices

Directions

Combine flour and pepper in a small bowl; dredge turkey lightly in flour mixture.

Coat a large non-aluminum skillet with cooking spray, add margarine, and place over medium heat until margarine melts.
Add turkey, and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until browned.
Remove from skillet, and drain on paper rowels.
Wipe skillet dry with paper rowels.
Combine water, bouillon granules, lime juice, and dillweed in skillet; add turkey.
Cover, simmer over low heat 10 minutes or until turkey is render.
Remove to a warm platter.
Sprinkle with parsley, and garnish with lime slices.
