| Lime juice | 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Strained) | |
| Egg whites | 2 , beaten |

Directions
Add lime zest.
Bring to a boil without stirring.
Take from heat and cool.
Add lime juice.
Pour into refrigerator tray and freeze.
Before serving remove from tray to chilled bowl.
Beat with hand mixer to thick mush.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
