|White cake mix||18 1⁄4 Ounce|
|Lime gelatin||3 Ounce|
|Fruit||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crushed pineapple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|

Cool layers; remove from pan.
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water; stir in fruit juice.
Chill until partially set; add pineapple, nuts and lemon juice.
Place 2 strips aluminum foil across bottom of each layer pan, letting strips extend over edge.
Replace cake layers in pans, placing 1 layer upside down and the other right side up.
Spoon gelatin mixture over layers; chill until firm.
Whip cream until stiff peaks form; beat in confectioners' sugar.
Lift cake layers out of pans with foil strips.
Stack layers, gelatin side up.
Frost side with whipped cream.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
