Lime Party Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Marshmallows | 16 | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lime gelatin package | 1 | |
| 2 3-oz. pkgs. cream cheese | ||
| Crushed pineapple | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Whipping cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
| Mayonnaise | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Melt marshmallows and milk in top of a double boiler.
Pour over the gelatin.
Stir until dissolved, then stir in the cream cheese.
Stir until cheese dissolves.
Then add undrained pineapple.
Cool.
Blend in whipped cream and mayonnaise.
Chill until firm.
Pour over the gelatin.
